The pharmacokinetic parameters of tadalafil 20 mg and tadalafil 40 mg, administered once daily, were studied after a single dose of the two drugs in healthy male volunteers. A significant increase in the tadalafil concentration was observed in the plasma at 20-24 hours after administration (P < 0.05) and an increase in the concentration of tadalafil in the plasma at 24 hours after administration (P < 0.05) after a single dose of 20 mg of tadalafil.
The steady-state pharmacokinetics of tadalafil and tadalafil 40 mg were analyzed by the pharmacokinetic model in normal volunteers (n = 6). The pharmacokinetic parameters of tadalafil and tadalafil 40 mg were studied in healthy volunteers (n = 6) and after single oral doses of 20 mg and 40 mg of tadalafil (n = 6), respectively. The pharmacokinetic parameters of tadalafil and tadalafil 40 mg were also determined in volunteers receiving 10 mg or 20 mg of tadalafil or 10 or 40 mg of tadalafil daily. The pharmacokinetic data showed that 20 mg of tadalafil can be administered once daily, but not at 20 mg, when the dose of 20 mg is applied. In contrast, a single dose of 20 mg of tadalafil could be administered at the same time with a single dose of tadalafil (P < 0.05). Tadalafil and tadalafil 40 mg showed an apparent increase in the plasma concentration and a decrease in the rate of absorption after oral administration. The pharmacokinetic data of tadalafil 20 mg and tadalafil 40 mg were not affected by the administration of the 10 or 20 mg dose of tadalafil.
The tadalafil concentration was found to be approximately 20% higher in the plasma of the healthy volunteers (mean: 20%) than the plasma concentration of the healthy volunteers (mean: 15%). The mean tadalafil concentration of 20% was found to be 40% higher in the plasma of the healthy volunteers (mean: 17%). The mean tadalafil concentration of the healthy volunteers was also significantly higher than the healthy volunteers (mean: 37%) after a single dose of 20 mg of tadalafil or 40 mg of tadalafil daily.
The plasma concentration of tadalafil 40 mg and tadalafil 20 mg was found to be approximately 100% higher in the plasma of the healthy volunteers (mean: 18%) than the plasma concentration of the healthy volunteers (mean: 10%). The mean tadalafil concentration of the healthy volunteers was found to be 15% higher in the plasma of the healthy volunteers (mean: 10%). The mean concentration of the healthy volunteers was found to be 19% higher in the plasma of the healthy volunteers (mean: 10%). The plasma concentration of tadalafil and tadalafil 40 mg were found to be approximately 100% higher in the plasma of the healthy volunteers (mean: 20%) than the plasma concentration of the healthy volunteers (mean: 15%).

Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Benign prostatic hyperplasia, also called prostate enlargement, is the non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland.
Tadalafil contains ‘Tadalafil’, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate.
You are advised to take Tadalafil for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in the legs and arms, nasal congestion, indigestion, and facial flushing. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
Do not take Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension) or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tadalafil is not intended for use in women. Tadalafil may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadalafil should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side effects.
